We seek a dynamic, polished business development or sponsorship professional to develop and implement the overarching Business Partnerships strategy nationally.

Managing a small team, you will oversee the development and management of the prospect pipeline, ensuring market potential is maximised by both marketing-led and social responsibility-led partnerships that are conceptualised, negotiated and delivered.

Your focus is to increase the number/value of business partnerships, forged on clever initiatives centred on the longevity and sustainability of these relationships. You will negotiate a combination of cash, in-kind and pro-bono partnerships to access business partners channels for fundraising and promotional purposes. Your infectious passion will encourage an attraction of like-minded corporate partners that embody our brand values.

You have a record of achievement in developing and delivering high quality pitch propositions for/to major corporations, significant expertise in corporate sponsorship packaging, cause-related marketing and corporate social responsibility. You have strong people management skills and experience in strategy implementation.
