Myer is seeking a Personal Shopping Consultant to work in the soon to be completed international class department store, Myer Melbourne.

This person will deliver superior customer service to a selected VIP cliental across all areas of the store as well as providing styling support to the business during major events including the Spring Racing Carnival, Fashion Launches, in store parades, celebrity appearances and events. The successful applicant will also assist in the styling of Myer ambassadors, Jennifer Hawkins, Rebecca Twigley, Kris Smith, Jessica Hart and Lauren Phillips.

This role has a strong emphasis on building long-term customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service and strong sales growth to the company. The person selected will be required to work across all aspects of the business including fashion, home and lifestyle – enabling the customer to receive a complete VIP retail experience.

The successful applicant should have strong communication skills and a strong understanding of the fashion industry with proven experience in a retail or related role. They should also be confident in providing styling advice to customers in order to deliver the maximum sales result.
