Tours on Trike requires a Business Manager who has:

• DRIVE - for delivering a unique experience
• DRIVE - to surpass the customer 's expectations in terms of value for money, fun and " a can do" approach
• DRIVE - to deliver and refine the marketing of Tours on Trike
• DRIVE - to build the business and grow year on year
• DRIVE - to manage all facets of the business
• DRIVE - to ensure all financial and operational reporting is completed within an agreed timetable
• DRIVE - to ensure all trikes are meticulously maintained

You have the following skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Able to install a "customer first" culture
• Strong reporting skills - written and oral
• Monitor P&L - income and expenditure - assist with budget development
• Business development skills linking the existing Marketing Plan with your own unique ideas
• Previous experience in hiring staff and an understanding of current employment legislation
• Assist in strategic and operational plans with the Directors
• Full Motorcycle Rider's Licence (not probationary) - clean driving record
• Preferably already accredited by the Vic Taxi Directorate
• Be mechanically competent
• Reasonable knowledge about Melbourne's history and locations
• Life experience is an expectation and requirement

Your working hours are flexible, the tours hours are spread across our other Trike Tour Guides - our Tours operate seven days a week.
